Responsibilities of Investors
Always deal with SEBI-registered Research Analysts and verify their registration number.
Pay through banking channels and retain receipts for all transactions.
Review disclosures in research reports before investing.
Approach the Research Analyst for grievance resolution within 30 days.
Elevate unresolved complaints to SEBI’s SCORES portal if necessary.
