Grievance Redressal Mechanism

  1. Contact the Research Analyst directly to resolve the complaint within 30 days.
  2. If unresolved, lodge a complaint on SEBI’s SCORES portal (a centralized web-based system).
  3. For physical complaints, send to: Office of Investor Assistance and Education, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, ‘G’ Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai - 400 051.
  4. Utilize the SMART ODR Portal for online conciliation and arbitration if needed.

Do's and Don'ts for Investors

Do's

  • Check research recommendations before investing.
  • Ask relevant questions and clarify doubts with the Research Analyst.
  • Inform SEBI about assured or guaranteed return offers.
  • Pay attention to disclosures in research reports.

Don'ts

  • Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst.
  • Do not fall for luring advertisements or market rumors.
  • Do not share login credentials or passwords of trading/demat accounts.
  • Do not get attracted to limited-period discounts or gifts.
